I had the most relaxing time in my Executive Queen Room with stunning lake views. The beautiful pool and surrounding gardens provided a perfect atmosphere for unwinding. Plus, the attentive staff made every moment feel special!

The room was poorly lit and lacked mirrors, making it difficult to get ready. the shower flooded, creating a mess and discomfort. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the bathroom that detracted from the overall experience.

I found my stay quite enjoyable, especially with the clean, spacious rooms and the fantastic lake view, which offered a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. plus, being just a short walk from surfside beach and the beautiful Clyde River National Park made my weekend strolls truly memorable.

Overall staff were super friendly. The rooms were spacious. The location was perfect, couldn't hear the highway. The facilities like the pool and gym were a nice bonus. Room service was available and rooms were serviced daily.

The room was kept in immaculate condition, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast selection offered a delightful way to start the day with fresh options and friendly staff attending. I truly appreciated the stunning lake view, which enhanced my relaxation and enjoyment of the natural surroundings.

The family suite felt cramped and dated, particularly the bathroom which posed a slipping hazard with its bath-shower combination. While the breakfast included was simple yet enjoyable, the surprise charge for barista coffee upon checkout left a negative impression. On the brighter side, the pool area provided a pleasant setting near the lake, and some staff members were friendly and eager to assist, making for moments of comfort during our stay.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The resort was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and tennis courts. We took an 800m walk across the bridge to explore the lively town and the beaches. It's a great spot to access day trips along the coast. Highly recommend staying here with friends!

The free internet was spotty and didn't work most of the time, which was quite frustrating for us. We hoped to stream movies, but it didn't always cooperate.

Loved the stunning lake view and the lovely gazebo at night, but the room lacked soundproofing – I could hear everything next door. I'd definitely come back!
